Job Description

1. Accounting Data Management

  • Collect, review, process, and accurately record all financial transactions related to manufacturing, import-export, and trading.
  • Reconcile and control general and detailed data to ensure accuracy and transparency.
  • Approve vouchers, journal entries, and reports prepared by accountants.
  • Organize storage of accounting documents in a systematic, secure, and confidential manner.

 

2. Financial Reporting & Analysis

  • Prepare and present periodic financial statements (monthly, quarterly, yearly) in accordance with VAS or IFRS (if applicable).
  • Analyze financial performance and business efficiency; identify risks and propose improvements.
  • Develop management reports to support strategic decision-making.

 

3. Tax Management & Optimization

  • Develop and implement tax management plans to ensure compliance and minimize tax risks.
  • Supervise declaration, payment, and settlement of VAT, CIT, PIT, import-export tax, and other fees.
  • Review and approve tax dossiers; work directly with tax/customs authorities during audits.
  • Propose legal tax optimization strategies and utilize incentives/refunds.
  • Update and guide relevant departments on tax law changes.

 

4. Cost & Pricing Management

  • Control production, distribution, sales, and administrative costs according to approved budgets.
    Analyze cost fluctuations and propose efficiency improvements.

 

5. Fixed Asset Management

  • Track, record, depreciate, and plan maintenance, replacement, and liquidation.

 

6. Team Management & Development

  • Assign, monitor, and evaluate team performance.
  • Train and develop staff to meet evolving requirements.

 

7. Other Duties

  • Develop and update internal accounting procedures.
  • Recommend solutions for financial/accounting issues.
  • Perform tasks assigned by management.
Preferred qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Accounting, Auditing, or Finance.
  • Minimum 5 years in a managerial role (manufacturing/import-export preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of VAS, tax laws, and financial management (IFRS preferred).
  • Leadership, financial analysis, budgeting, communication, negotiation skills.
  • Honest, detail-oriented, responsible, strategic thinker, able to work under pressure.
  • Good English communication.
  • Proficient in Excel and accounting/ERP software (MISA, FAST, SAP…).
